Do I get free shipping for subscriptions orders?

We offer free shipping on all subscription orders - even when these are below £20. This includes first orders, and recurring ones too.

What are the general shipping times for a subscription order?

First orders will be sent the same day you set up the subscription. We'll send your recurring subscription orders out on your charge date: if the charge date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, we'll process your order on the following busin

Can I change my shipping address?

Login first, and then head to Your Subscription. Your Shipping Address will be shown here. Click Edit. Amend your details here and click Update Address. Or give us a shout & we’ll do it for you - [email protected]

My tracking link is stuck, it's not been updated in a while.

Haven't received your order yet?.

My tracking link says my parcel has been delivered but it hasn't.

If the tracking link says it was delivered, but you haven't received the parcel, we recommend you to check the picture uploaded by the driver as this will show you where the parcel has been left. A GPS location should also be visible from your link.

My order has arrived damaged.

If your order has arrived damaged, please send a picture of the shipment along with your name and order number to [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement.

What’s the cut off for same-day dispatch?

5pm Monday-Friday. We send your orders out with EVRi next day delivery. As long as you've ordered before 5pm you should get your order next working day. If you place your order after 5pm on Friday or over the weekend, we’ll ship it on Monday and it’l
