• If your tracking link is stuck and doesn't show any progress, reach out to us and we'll get in touch with the courier.
• If the tracking link says it was delivered, but you haven't received the parcel, we recommend you to check the picture uploaded by the driver as this will show you where the parcel has been left. A GPS location should also be visible from your link.  If you still cannot locate the package, contact us.
