What are the general shipping times for a subscription order?Updated 2 years ago

First orders will be sent the same day you set up the subscription.

We'll send your recurring subscription orders out on your charge date: if the charge date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, we'll process your order on the following business day.

The in-transit shipping timing (once the item has been picked up from Tea HQ by the carrier) will depend on the delivery address: it normally takes 1 to 2 working days for the order to arrive after being shipped.

Subscription orders currently go via EVRI.
