You can edit any details for your subscription via your portal with a few clicks. Login first, head to Your Subscription. Things you can amend:. 1) Swap blends. Tired of your usual blend? Click on Manage this subscription, on the one you wish to swap

Can I skip a delivery?

Login first, and then head to Your Subscription. Then click Edit. Skip your next shipment. Too much tea? Simply click Skip. This will skip your next shipment, and automatically update your next charge depending on your chosen frequency.

Can I change how often my tea is delivered?

Login first, and then head to Your Subscription. Then click Edit. Change your frequency. Choose between 1/2/3 months on Delivery Schedule and click Update Schedule.

Can I change my Shipping Address?

How do I change my Billing Address?
