I am having trouble using my Brew CoinsUpdated a year ago

For your first order (ordering via the checkout)

1) Login to your account

2) Head to the Brew Coins page

3) Scroll down to Use Coins for Subscriptions

4) Redeem a code (either £5 for 50 Coins, or £10 for 100 Coins)

5) Copy the code (You'll also receive an email incase you loose it)

6) Chuck the code in at checkout

For recurring orders (adding a discount code to your next shipment)

1) Login to your account

2) Head to the Brew Coins page

3) Scroll down to Use Coins for Subscriptions

4) Redeem a code (either £5 for 50 Coins, or £10 for 100 Coins)

5) Copy the code (You'll also receive an email in case you loose it)

6) Head to your Subscription Portal (if you are unable to login click here)

7) Click Edit and choose Add discount

8) Enter the discount code and click apply

You won't see any confirmation at this point, but you will be charged the reduced amount on your next charge date. If you want to double-check the code has been processed, give us an email at [email protected]
